Why won’t my note save?

When adding a note, there are specific symbols that Simplicity will not allow. For example, using these symbols, <text>, as brackets will not allow you to save the note. This is because the Simplicity software views this as an attempt to add code, and will block that attempt. This happens most often when copying from another source, and pasting the note into Simplicity.  We suggest pasting the note into Notepad++ or similar, to identify any foreign characters that may need to be removed.
