Reports – Client Portal Reports

Report Info:

The Client Portal Reports are copies of the reports that can be found in the Client Portal. These are specifically chosen reports that are pulled from all of the other reports available in the Reports menu, that best fit the needs of what clients usually ask for. Client Portal Reports can be previewed here while talking with a client to help address any questions without having to log in to the Client Portal directly.



  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Client*

*This filter only pertains to the main SimplicityCollect Reports > Client Portal Reports screen. When these reports are used in the Client Portal, this filter is hidden and only shows accounts that pertain to that client that is specifically logged in.


Generating the Reports:

Once you have set the filters of any of the reports, click on the button Generate Report.


Saving, Printing, and/or Exporting the Reports:

You can click the Export button to choose which type of program you’d like to open the report in. You can export, open, or save the report in either Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or PDF format:

You will have to use the above option to Print the report, as each program has its own print functionality. You’ll even be able to customize the report prior to printing, depending on the program.

NOTE: The system does not automatically save these reports each time you generate them; they are always generated in real time. You can generate them as rarely or as often as you wish to. If you need to save a copy of each one, you can create a folder on your computer to store them in, or generate them again at a later date.
