When accounts are imported, but the account balances are $0.00, the column in your spreadsheet that relates to balance may not have been mapped to “Claim Amount” as shown below:
To correct this, you can roll back your mapping using the roll back option through Tools > File Importing Account Importer. From this point, you can edit your file map to include the claim amount, and re-import your file.
