To add your own logo in place of SimplicityCollect’s logo, please reach out to our technical support by going to Help > Help Desk – Support Tickets or email at helpdesk@simplicitycollect.com. Make sure to attach a copy of your company logo (jpg or png format), and we will have our programmers add it for you.

Once we have added your logo, it will also appear in the Client Portal. The logo will also appear if using the Enterprise Debtor Portal. To enable the Enterprise Debtor Portal go to Settings > Administrators > Company/CC Settings and click the check box Enable Enterprise Debtor Portal.
