If you are a user/employee:

Please contact a system manager or administrator if you have forgotten your username or password.

If you’ve been given the proper permissions, you can update your password by going to your user menu (top right-hand corner of SimplicityCollect) and going to User Settings. 

  • Password must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Password must contain at least one number.
  • Password must contain at least one symbol.
  • Password must contain a mix of lower and upper case letters.
  • Password must have number mixed, not simply at beginning or end.

If you are a manager/administrator and you have forgotten your username or password:

Please provide a good contact email and phone number we can reach you at so we can verify your identity prior to resetting your information.

If you are a manager/administrator and need to reset a username or password for your employees:

Please go to Settings > Administrators > Collectors/Employees. Click on the name of the user that has forgotten their username or password and then enter the new information in the fields provided. To reset the password, please enter a password meeting the following criteria:

  • Password must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Password must contain at least one number.
  • Password must contain at least one symbol.
  • Password must contain a mix of lower and upper case letters.
  • Password must have number mixed, not simply at beginning or end.

Click Set when finished setting a new password. Click Update to save any changes to the username or other fields.
