This error will appear if your administrator has restricted your account to be accessible from only specific IP addresses (usually from the main office). This prevents usage of SimplicityCollect from outside of work. If you are receiving this error message while at work or you need to have an IP address added to your account, speak with your administrator to have it adjusted and/or added.

NOTE: This can also happen if a dynamic IP was restricted, rather than a static IP. Because dynamic IP addresses can change, your administrator will need to contact the Internet service provider and request assistance in changing the office IP from dynamic to static, then update the restricted IP in SimplicityCollect.
