Full message:

WARNING – No data elements found mapped for updating.

This message will appear on a Results File after an import attempt using the Account Importer, Account Updater, or Debtor Updater tool, and indicates:

1) That the file you are attempting to import has only a “key” field mapped (such as Account Number, Client Claim Number, or SSN), OR

2) that your file has a “key” field mapped and other columns in the spreadsheet which are blank.

 

Double-check your file to make sure there are at least two columns for mapping, and the second column has data in at least one cell to map.
