  • How do I setup multiple claims on the same account?

You can set up one or more claims (also called Pre-Judgment claims) on an existing account by using the following steps:

1) Go to the account’s Financials screen.

2) Click on the sub-tab at the top right-hand corner named Claims.

3) At the bottom, there is a space to add the date, amount, and interest (if any) of the new claim.

4) Click Insert to save the new claim to the list above.

You can save as many claims as you’d like to one account. The total balance due will still be reflected on the main Financials > Transactions page, and also on the Claim Details page. Payments received will pay off the balance as a whole, and not be applied to any particular claim first.
