If you are a user/employee:

For any of the following situations below, you will want to contact a system manager or administrator for assistance in changing or updating your login information:

  • Forgot password
  • Forgot username
  • Change password
  • Change username

If you’ve been given the proper permissions, you can update your password by going to your user menu (top right-hand corner of SimplicityCollect) and going to User Settings.

You can contact our Simplicity Support team to request assistance at: helpdesk@simplicitycollect.com

Please provide a good contact email and phone number we can reach you at so we can verify your identity prior to resetting your information.
