Action codes can be accessed through an individual account, on the Claim Details page. These are other types of “tags” you can add to an account to track specific information, in addition to the status. Examples of Action Codes include: Hot, Do Not Call, Do Not Contact, Deployed, etc. Any Action Codes you create will be available to use on all other accounts in Simplicity, and can also be filtered for during searches. Action codes can also be used as a secondary status on accounts.
Action Codes are a way to “flag” accounts (Ex. Bad address, Bad phone number, Bill Medicaid, Bankruptcy, etc.). Any Action Codes you create will be available to use on all other accounts in Simplicity, and can also be filtered for during searches.
- To add a new Action Code to the list of available codes click the Add button , and apply any desired color, font, and effect to the code.
- To apply a code to an account, select the code from the drop-down list and click the Add Code You can add multiple codes to the account.
